Seminar Description

The commitment of Senior Management is a major key to the success of any endeavor a company embarks upon, and Scrum is no exception. 

This course takes a close look at the roles and responsibilities of Senior Management in a company that is either considering or already using Scrum.   

Participants will explore the challenges and changes that Senior Management faces upon adopting Scrum - internally and with the customers.

Prerequisites: None. Familiarity with Scrum is an advantage
