This week Jurgen Appelo's delivered his Management 3.0 workshop in Israel, to a full room of experienced managers looking for ways to manage more effectively in an Agile environment.

It was lots of fun, very interactive and thought out, and an experience I recommend to any manager trying to stay with the times, whether in an Agile environment or not. 

The workshop was very interaction focused, and we experienced exercises such as the Delegation Poker, Organization Design and 6 others! The format encouraged lively discussions and exploration of issues among the participants, which is valuable on its own accord.

We now have in our arsenal new perspectives and new tools to bring more value to the organizations we came from and are working with.
