We initiated a Scrum Pilot in one of our product lines. After 4 month of implementation we see clear added value in most of our success criteria. This product group will continue independently with Scrum while we look forward to enhance the implementation throughout the corporate. AgileSparks role in this pilot was critical. The mind set and their continuous support enabled this initial transition.
