אג'ייל בארגונים גדולים - סיפור לקוח באמדוקס

במסגרת הכנס השנתי של העמותה לניהול פרויקטים בישראל- PMI Israel Chapter, מושב 9 פרויקטי תוכנה בראי AGILE, LEAN.

רבים חושבים שאג'יל או Scrum מתאים רק לחברות תוכנה קטנות וישנן אי-הבנות רבות האם וכיצד ניתן ליישם זאת בארגון גדול. אך האמת היא כמובן שדווקא בארגונים גדולים פוטנציאל השיפור הוא רב יותר. ארגונים גדולים (עשרות/מאות צוותים) שיאמצו Scrum יורידו בצורה משמעותית את הבירוקרטיה והמורכבות הארגונית, יאפשרו תקשורת טובה יותר בין גורמים בפיתוח ויוכלו להגיב מהר יותר לשינויים עסקיים, לשפר את האיכות ולהגדיל את התפוקה.

בהרצאה יוסבר מדוע ה-ROI של אג'יל בחברות גדולות הוא גבוה יותר. יוצג כיצד יושמה השיטה בחטיבת המוצרים באמדוקס ומה האתגרים שהיו וישנם.

The Israeli Scrum Forum

The forum aims to bring together Scrum Masters, Product Owners and other stake holders who work with Scrum so they can exchange ideas and share their knowledge and views in order to get insights about better tools and solutions for their day-to-day challenges.

This time the forum will have a theme: "Agile/Scrum Measurements". The meeting will begin with a presentation by Danko, and then we will break into several discussion groups and address some important and non-trivial questions such as: How do you measure an Agile/Scrum implementation? How do you know have improved and by how much? how do you measure without affecting the result? The meeting will end by wrapping up the discussions and presenting the insights that were reached.

Agile and Scrum for VP R&Ds at Gemini

AgileSparks delivered a session about Agile and Scrum for VP R&Ds at Gemini Israel Funds. This evening took place as a joint venture between AgileSparks and Gemini, which hosted the session, in which about 25 development managers attended.

הרצאה במסגרת מפגש של מגזר התוכנה של האיגוד הישראלי לאיכות
המתודולוגיה האג'ילית הופכת מיום ליום, ליותר מוכרת לארגונים אשר מיישמים אותה בארגונם. המתודולוגיה נשענת על בניית צוותי פעולה ייחודיים, מכווני משימות קצרות וברורות אשר מסתיימות בסוף איטרציה של שלושה שבועות. ההרצאה תציג בצורה קצרה את המתודולוגיה ותתרכז בדרך ההתנהלות האג'ילית בין אנשי הפיתוח לאנשי ה QA שמהווים יחדיו את צוות ה- Scrum.

The forum aims to bring together Scrum Masters, Product Owners and other stake holders who work with Scrum so they can exchange ideas and share their knowledge and views in order to get insights about better tools and solutions for their day-to-day challenges.

The forum will be led by Danny (Danko) Kovatch, in the form of an Open Space Technology (OST) session.

The first Israeli Scrum Forum

The forum is aims to bring together Scrum Masters, Product Owners and other management positions who work with Scrum, to get support to their day-to-day problems, to exchange ideas, share knowledge and come up with better tools or solutions to any Scrum issue.

The forum is led by Danny (Danko) Kovatch, best known for his great SCRUM enthusiasm and Scrum spark and the only Certified Scrum Trainer in Israel.  

The forum will be led as an open-space session that will set the target for the rest of each session and once in while will also have a lecture.
