Course Description 

Acquiring the knowledge of how Scrum works and what needs to be done to implement it (e.g., by taking a CSM class or a Scrum Workshop) is essential to the process of becoming a professional Scrum Master.

The Advanced Scrum Master Workshop takes this knowledge to the next level by providing up- to- date information about the latest in Scrum and by providing a set of best practices based on extensive experience from the field gained in thousands of hours of assimilations.

In the workshop, common problems are reviewed, including unique and difficult ones. Participants get important and practical insights into solutions that considerably enhance their capabilities as Scrum Masters.
